After placing your order, send us a clear photograph of your property using the photograph-submission instructions provided.

Please include your order number.

If you'd like us to combine photographs or include additional details, please send the relevant images too.

Step 4 – We Create Your Artwork

Your photograph is digitally transformed and artistically refined into a beautiful watercolour-style portrait.

Any agreed alterations are incorporated into the design.

Step 5 – Review Your Digital Proof

We'll send you a digital preview of your finished portrait.

You'll have the opportunity to check the artwork, review any personalised wording and request adjustments before approval.

Step 6 – Your Portrait Is Prepared

Once you've approved the artwork, your printed portrait is professionally produced in our Devon studio and carefully packaged for dispatch.

If you've chosen a digital download, your approved artwork file will be supplied electronically.

Each printed portrait is produced in our own studio in Devon using a professional Epson 10-ink printer and high-quality water-resistant pigment inks.
