Created with Care

Capturing the Character of Hatherleigh

Nestled in the beautiful Devon countryside, Hatherleigh is a traditional market town filled with character, history and a wonderful sense of community.

Its familiar streets, distinctive buildings and historic surroundings have a charm that makes the town instantly recognisable to those who know and love it.

Living and working in Hatherleigh gives me the opportunity to photograph the places that make our town special.

Rather than using stock photography or generic images, I personally capture the scenes that inspire my artwork.

Each photograph is then carefully developed into a digital watercolour-style picture, bringing together the recognisable character of the original scene with a softer, more artistic finish.

The result is a distinctive piece of local artwork that celebrates the town and the memories associated with it.

Make Your Print Personal

Add a special finishing touch with your own wording printed beneath the picture.

Personalisation is optional, so you can choose to keep the original design or create something more individual.

You might like to include:

• A family name or house name

• A special date

• A wedding or anniversary message

• “Home”

• “Our First Home”

• “Hatherleigh, Devon”

• “Where Our Story Began”

• A short personal message

• Wording that celebrates your connection to Hatherleigh

Your chosen wording is incorporated into the printed artwork beneath the picture. It is not printed on the picture mount.

Simply enter your preferred wording in the personalisation box when placing your order.

If you're unsure how your wording will look, I'll be happy to help.

Proof Approval Before Printing

If you choose to personalise your artwork, I'll prepare a digital proof showing your requested wording.

This gives you the opportunity to:

• Check spelling and dates

• Review the wording beneath the picture

• See how the personalisation complements the artwork

• Request small adjustments before printing

Your personalised print will only be produced once you've approved the proof.

I want you to be completely happy with your finished artwork, particularly when it's intended as a special gift.
