Select your preferred portrait size and whether you'd like your print supplied with a white mount, black mount or without a mount, where available.

Step 2 – Add Your Personalisation

Enter your pet's name, dates or any wording you'd like printed beneath the portrait.

If you'd prefer no wording, simply leave the field blank.

Step 3 – Send Your Photographs

After placing your order, send us your chosen photograph or photographs using the photo-submission instructions provided.

Please include your order number.

You can send separate photographs for up to three pets.

Step 5 – We Create Your Artwork

Because each portrait is individually created from your photographs and specifications, personalised orders are generally exempt from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right under applicable UK consumer regulations.

However, if you're unhappy with your finished physical print, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it so we can discuss the issue and help find a suitable resolution.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.
